Remember Annual Meeting will be held on Sun., Jan. 29 during the 10 a.m. Eucharist. If you have never signed the membership book and would like to officially become a member, please contact Malia as soon as possible so we can make it possible for you to vote!
You will be able to participate in Annual Meeting either by Zoom or in-person. Up until 2021, special state legislation governing incorporated organizations, which includes churches, made it simple to vote at Annual Meeting by Zoom. After this legislation expired, our diocese explained that parish members who want to vote while participating on Zoom will need to fill out a proxy form so that we can officially count their votes. Be on the lookout for a second email containing the warrant and this form. (It sounds complicated, but we will make it simple for you!)
